Joe Bornstein at Rock Springs Realty is the best Realtor in all of Florida! My wife and I started looking for a home to purchase as newlyweds & first time home buyers. We started our search in the Apopka area, so we found Joe's website and gave him a call. Right away Joe was looking to take care of business. He put us in touch with a mortgage broker to see what our budget was and got a pre-approval letter just in case we needed to make a move on a property. There was zero pressure EVER to decide on a house, in fact Joe always told us to sleep on things and not get emotionally attached to anything as we shopped. That paid off big time for us. We ended up waiting another couple of months before we got serious about buying. We started looking at other areas of Central Florida, and realized how knowledgeable Joe really was with not only the Apopka area, but all over Central Florida.

When we went to meet with the sale rep, Joe showed up with his boxing gloves and a body bag. He hit him with a right to the head, then an uppercut to the body, and before we knew it the rep was out cold!!! Not only did Joe do better on the price than we were expecting, but he also got them to throw in about 8k in extras!!! Our relationship didn't end there. Knowing that we were very inexperienced in the home buying process, Joe asked if he could come to closing to make sure that the mortgage company, the builder, and the title company all had there T's crossed and I's dotted. Joe went above and beyond any other Realtor that I have ever heard of.
