Joe Bornstein from Rock Springs Realty is incredible! My family moved to Tennessee a few years ago, but missed Florida. A friend referred us to Joe and the new home search began. He sold my pre-foreclosure home as a short-sale in a mere 56 days – an absolutely amazing feat!  I'm a single mom of two, struggling to pay my bills and after losing my job last January, it became harder and harder to get my mortgage paid each month.
