Do you know which upgrades are rip-offs and which are smart investments? What happens if you need to cancel the contract...are you liable for any fees, construction costs, or liquidated damages? Hopefully this makes you stop and pause... 

Did you know that the Buyer's Agent commissions are almost always built in to the price of a home. If you opt out on having Buyer representation, then the builder will just make more money and you are on your own.
