 As the founder of Rock Springs Realty, I've been State of Florida licensed since 1996. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, my background included over twenty (20+) years of Management experience in the corporate sector working in Senior Sales & Marketing positions for various National & International organizations. While working with large organizations had it's rewards, there is nothing more enjoyable than managing my own company.
As a native of Orlando, I currently live in the Apopka area of Central Florida with my wife and two children. My personal interests include spending quality time with my family, tennis, fossil hunting, and martial arts (TaeKwonDo-2nd degree Black Belt/Instructor).

While catchy tag-lines & slogans are utilized across every industry, Rock Springs Realty was founded on the service excellence model. In a nut-shell, our business is Customer centric...period! As a native of Orlando, you will not find another agent more knowledgeable about the Central Florida Real Estate market. With over 29 years in the real estate and construction industries, I offer a level of service, experience, and commitment to my Customers unprecedented in the industry today.
During the 1980’s, I owned a construction and home improvement company. After that, I became the Sales & Marketing Director for one of Central Florida’s largest home builders. Part of my role was to be heavily involved in the Affordable Housing Programs for Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. I obtained my real estate license during that time and since then have assisted 100’s of buyers and sellers. To further my expertise in the industry, in 2004 I obtained my mortgage brokers license as a way to offer additional assistance to my Customers in the home buying process.
My business focus covers the following areas within the Real Estate Industry:
Servicing all of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard and Lake Counties. Sellers Agent, Buyers Agent, First-Time Homebuyers, New Home Construction (Representing Buyers), Bank Owned Foreclosures (REO's), Short Sales, Relocations, Vacant Land, Commercial and Residential Investment Properties.
