During the 1980’s, I owned a construction and home improvement company. After that, I became the Sales & Marketing Director for one of Central Florida’s largest home builders. Part of my role was to be heavily involved in the Affordable Housing Programs for Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. I obtained my real estate license during that time and since then have assisted 100’s of buyers and sellers. To further my expertise in the industry, in 2004 I obtained my mortgage brokers license as a way to offer additional assistance to my Customers in the home buying process.
